ConsenSys Acquires Hal
Blockchain technology services provider ConsenSys has acquired Hal, a no-code blockchain development tooling platform, in order to disrupt alerts and notifications at the protocol level in Web3.
Integrating Configurable Webhooks
Infura, part of the ConsenSys suite of products, will be integrating Hal’s configurable webhooks or notification service into its developer stack. This move is intended to help developers create alerts and notifications at the protocol level for various signals.
Creating Seamless Experiences
Eleazar Galano, co-founder of Infura stated that “Enabling developers a seamless end-to-end experience is a key goal and one of the most important trends is low code / no code solutions.”
In February 2022 ConsenSys also acquired Ethereum wallet interface provider MyCrypto in order to boost security on MetaMask and improve user experience.
The acquisitions of both Hal and MyCrypto will prove beneficial for ConsenSys as it works towards providing developers with better tools for building apps for their crypto ecosystem.
